Grips That Grow With Their Goals

Progression in gymnastics doesn’t just come from hours in the gym. It also comes from having the right tools at the right time.

Our Just Right Grips are designed to bridge the gap between bare hands and elite gear—helping athletes build strength, confidence, and bar feel without risking injury or discouragement.

Built for Smaller Hands. Trusted by Coaches.

When gymnasts start bar work, most grips are too wide, too rigid, or just not made for their size. That's why we created the Just Right Grips: slim, secure, and crafted from high-quality American leather to help young athletes train safely and progress with confidence.

Strap Options Explained

  • Double buckle → maximum hold and control
  • Single buckle → lighter feel, secure enough for most levels
  • Hook & loop → fast, easy, coach-approved for early stages

Handcrafted in the USA. Backed by 50 Years of Experience.

Every pair of Gibson grips is made with care in our U.S. facility and inspected for fit, finish, and durability. We stand behind the gear we make because we know what’s at stake for gymnasts and parents alike.

Measure from the base of the palm to the tip of the middle finger. Use our size chart to match your gymnast’s measurement. The finger holes should rest just past the first knuckle.

Which strap type should I choose?

Double buckle offers maximum hold. Single buckle is lighter and easier to adjust. Hook & loop is great for quick changes and younger gymnasts.

Do the grips come in pairs?

Yes, all Gibson grips are sold as pairs—left and right hand.

Are these for competition or training?

They’re perfect for daily training and beginner to intermediate competition (levels 1–4).

What if they don’t fit?

If unused and unaltered, we accept returns or exchanges. See our return policy for full details.

These leather grips were an excellent investment for my daughter. After she broke them in, she said they fit like a glove and they brought her so much comfort. Highly recommend!
Great Grips!

Perfect for my 10 yo. I couldn’t find a size chart when her coach said size 1 so here it is on the product itself if you have a hard time like me.

My daughter was using another brand of grips and she was unhappy with the leather. We switched to Gibson and she absolutely loves them. They feel much better to her than her old grips and they get delivered super fast, most times the very next day. Great product that we will continue to order.
Excellent grips
★★★★★
There were the grips that were recommended by my daughter’s coach and they are holding up nicely. The finger holes seemed oddly small at first but they do wear out some to fit better once they’re being used.

Es un buen producto !Para niñas pequeñas de 5 a 9 años máximo!Los orificios donde se introduce los dedos son muy pequeños y estos se tienen que hacer más grandes, por qué de lo contrario no se podrán usar nunca.
