How do I know what size to order?
Measure from the base of the palm to the tip of the middle finger. Use our size chart to match your gymnast’s measurement. The finger holes should rest just past the first knuckle.
Which strap type should I choose?

Excellent grips
There were the grips that were recommended by my daughter’s coach and they are holding up nicely. The finger holes seemed oddly small at first but they do wear out some to fit better once they’re being used.
