Returns

If something is not right, send it back. You have 30 days from delivery.

Starting a return

Open the returns portal from your Order Details page. Submit the request and we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Print it, pack the item, and drop it off.

What we can take back

Items need to be unused and in their original packaging, and the request has to come within 30 days of delivery.

Grips are worth calling out separately. Once a grip has been broken in it is molded to that gymnast's hand and we cannot resell it, so grips need to come back unused if the size is wrong.

Return shipping

We cover it. Your prepaid label arrives once the request is approved.

Refunds

When your return reaches us we inspect it and refund the original payment method. Processing takes 3 to 5 business days.

You get back the product price and the tax. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Wrong size

Tell us and we will make the exchange once the return arrives. If you are unsure before you order, call us. We have been fitting gymnasts since 1974 and we would rather talk it through than have you guess.
