Self-service Returns

NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE? LET’S FIX IT FAST.

If it’s not the right fit, you can return your item within 10 days of delivery.
We offer Free Return Shipping on returns with no restocking fees.
Log in to your account at GibsonAthletic.com and follow the instructions to process your return.
For the fastest solution, place a new order for the correct size right away.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. However, we do pay for return shipping (see above).

Return Window

Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.

Condition Requirements

Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging. Grips that have been chalked, worn, or have cut or dirty finger holes are not eligible for return or refund.

Manufacturing Defects

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace it at no charge.
