Acceptance of Orders

All orders and contracts are subject to acceptance by Gibson, Inc. Gibson reserves the right to substitute improved or equal products without notice. It is understood that any installation and/or assembly is the responsibility of the buyer or user. Gibson, Inc. shall not be responsible or liable for personal injury or property damage incurred through the use of our equipment and all other products manufactured or sold by Gibson, Inc.

Terms

We accept all major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover — as well as PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay. For B2B or institutional purchase orders, please contact us at sales@gibsonathletic.com.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt prior to accepting the shipment. Contact the carrier immediately to request an inspection and to receive instructions about filing claim.

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve this quickly, please:
1. Take photos of the damaged outer packaging
2. Take photos of the damaged product
3. Email both photos to sales@gibsonathletic.com with your order number

We'll make it right — replacement, credit, or full refund. Damage claims received after 7 days of delivery cannot be processed.

We stand behind our products. If something isn't right, here's how it works.

Return Window

Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.

Condition Requirements

Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging. Grips that have been chalked, worn, or have cut or dirty finger holes are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Start a Return

Email us at sales@gibsonathletic.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Manufacturing Defects

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace it at no charge.

Final Sale Items

Chalk and consumable products are final sale and not eligible for return.

Every Gibson grip is built to perform. We stand behind our craftsmanship.

Manufacturing Defects

If your Gibson grips have a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll replace them at no charge.

What This Warranty Covers

Manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, chalk buildup, breakage from improper use, or damage from water or moisture exposure.
